The shareholder update stated the O/S was currently sitting at around 4.189 billion shares (I think I have that correct).  That is a lot lower than the 7.2 billion listed on most sites.  They also said they were ahead of schedule on the share reduction plan, but suggested 2.8 billion by early 2013.  Well we are in the early part of 2013.  So shares could certainly be getting tight.
