SPP Australia is NOT a subsidiary, rather a foreign entity

Do you know who owns the stock in SPP Australia Ltd?

But if that was the plan why the Australian tweet?

Do you know anything about any agreements with SPP Australia Ltd?

Did the company imply they have directed GEP Vietnam business to Australia? How are they doing that? Foreign businesses, depending how they are set up may not be subject to SEC filings/financials/disclosures

The Australia Ltd could have been set up for a pump, to divert Snpw business to a foreign entity (not a snpw subsidiary nor a domestic co.). Thus, why the website has not listed the Australia Ltd entity as a subsidiary.

Need to do your homework to understand why foreign entities are set up, or not set up, by public companies, and why they're not consolidated, as subsidiaries. and why not.

Karma is way ahead of the rest of us on this topic. She's very familiar with Australian business down under.

in my opinion

cheers
