Looks like the 1 employee went at it alone of course. Must have not been enough room for two. LOL
Look where the company is today due to very obvious incompetent leadership.
Then try and find the vaporized sales & revenue for the transit advertising division of the broke @ss self-proclaimed conglomerate, with a P.O. Box as its corporate address, ridden with massive debt and mysterious SG&A expenses in the hundreds of thousands.
Only a few paid pumpers could be happy (if still getting paid) with where the company is at. Even though they don't even know what they own for sure now. 7 months of NO disclosures and NO financials.
TAKE A WILD GUESS WHAT THE 10-K and 10-Q WILL LOOK LIKE "WHEN WE'RE READY".
