Letter of Intent for 720MW of solar panels order - It was a magical tweet from 1 1/2 years ago and NO 8-K issued. Never heard any details of the buyer. Never heard a whisper about it for 2 years since announced being a critical part of SPP's 3 week grade A insurance wrap slap-on.
MOU/Letter or Intent with AtlasTransit Solutions - It was another magical Tweet from 3 years ago and never heard a thing about it since.
Elba Property LOI - As always, a big Nothingburger. Never signed a lease and Never cam close to closing on the property.
The people have the power. And don't speak for a governmental agency.
