Always look for stuff like this in an 8-K announcing an acquisition agreement. "Imagine" (mock scenario, lol). Exolifestyle being replaced by Snpw and Snpw being replaced by Solray in a similar type of agreement? Who owns the Snpw Series B Preferred Stock? Where would the common shareholder end up?
