Why would you say it was sweet for the company if you don't believe the value of the stock won't go up.
You are the one making the insinuation that since Campanella controls the billion dollar shares it will be sweet deal for him.
The only way it will be sweet for him is if the company value increases.
If it is sweet for the company YOU MUST BELIEVE the company will be at a greater value then it is today.
Which sure looks like you are making a buy recommendation.
