Read carefully because this is very real and has been playing out on Twitter and on message boards. It looks to be much more severe for those promoters owning, buying and selling shares.

This does not even take into consideration the issue of also being privy to inside information through direct communications (as a non-employee) with the principal(s) of a public company pertaining to non-public information.
