Which would give the NIH s large overview of the patient population with the faint hope they can find traces of what a treatment might be. They've been going around in circles with ME/CFS for decades like this. Their first step should be looking at any trials that have already been done where any improvements have been shown and find the commonalities of the drugs mechanisms of action.
