I agree, I can see any of those being the case. Looking at the filing it says if interested email Rory Cutaia, gives email. Not sure if that means they want to sell any or gauge interest or they just always put that in.
I could see TikTok wanting a chunk of shares, 92 million is about 42.5% of company, they know the company better than anyone, they would gain from any business VERB does outside of TikTok. An announcement that they bought any amount of the 92 million shares would instantly bring us over $1+.
I was also wondering if the timing of the filing means anything, right before after hours closes on a Friday, leading up to the week of the livestream, possible PR Monday about the livestream, could catch any shorts off-guard.
Looks like traders are interested that the minimum is .30, that alone could give us a boost in price.
