May 10th, 2023 Vyera filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy...
Chapter 11 is a Reorganization of debt...not a liquidation of debt...
I have been concerned about these bastards and our association with them for some time.
Shkreli has a lifetime Ban...and is expected to cough up $64.8 Million in disgorgement...good luck with that.
I want to know if Vyera has been dismantled and quartered...bankruptcy court looks at All revenues opportunities.
