A distributor cannot be just one piece, it has to be the whole piece. A mixing and matching distributor model is called a failure for a reason. Different costs centers, different models, different personnel, different strategy, different focus etc. Peae don't tell me you think part of the package is to be an installer, maybe mix in a few
SNPW products etc.
Always remember, a distribtor operates off of turns. A distributor is not a demand generation model, it is an order fullfilment model. As such, costs is everything. Every penny needs to be justified and is highly competitive. The distributor not only competes with others offering similar products, they compete with other distributors offering the same product.
