Here is why the below statement is inaccurrate.

. Valuations are much higher for those that develop technology and create a brand than those that distribute another company's technology.

. Margins are much lower for those that distribute third party product than those that create a technology brand.

. Distributors can typically be cancelled with the manufacturer providing 30 days notice.

For the above reasons I disagree with the statement made.


Actually it seems it is much better to be a distributor then a manufacturer of Solar Panels
