So the trademark Live Pending. It was updated Status Date: May 09, 2024
Publication Date: Jun. 11, 2024.

So this isn’t dead. Looks like we are still going to use this trademark. I took the hint to dig into our IP and there is probably more I’ll have to look into it. Doesn’t appear LIVIMMUNE was never abandoned as some suggested.

This is literally the only pending application I can find under the search. Unless someone wants to correct me but this is exactly what he was talking about.

I bet there is some sort of licensing agreements tied to this but obviously it’s not public.
