IMHO, where and when the fraud started on day 1
Nice intro, "our buddy"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dn6XI76XqdE
The title on the YouTube slide says it all. "Sun Pacific Power has eight world-wide "manufacturing and assembly" locations including five in the United States. Notice how the interviewer never ask about those 8 world-wide manufacturing and assembly locations?
It turns out the first few Nj digital bus shelters were deemed illegal and forced to be removed. That appears to be first major incompetent, pissing away of money, even before SPP was acquired and merged into the new stock symbol Snpw.
Data mining (lol) bit for bus riders was bullshit
Always working with a capital group (of course always "working with" ), "projected" bringing 300-400 jobs to Florida (lol).
"Gasification" process (in his words) planned for Rhode Island? lol
Then there was the coordinated press release that same month stating the same "Sun Pacific Power has eight world-wide "manufacturing and assembly" locations including five in the United States.
in my opinion
cheers
