There only seems to be a few, you and YOUR TEAM that have blindfolds on as it is COMMON KNOWLEDGE, that Snpw is delinquent with filing and as last told remains insolvent with no revenue.
Those that ARE INVESTED here understand and accept the high risk and SEE that with the partnerships that the company have developed there is a POSSIBILITY (no where near any guarantee OR HAS ANY GUARANTEE EVERY BEEN PROMISED) of high reward.
The number one duty in fulfill your fiduciary obligations is protecting your shareholders value, and when you have outsiders in a TEAM effort disrupting your business relationsships with the intent to purposely trying to ruin the company then going silent might be the best way to fulfill your fiduciary obligations.
