If they had a strong enough case and the evidence corroborated the claims and a jury of his peers found the evidence strong enough to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, he'd be a convicted felon for that as well, just like he is today.
However, since you are alluding to Clinton, and no prosecutor in any state had any evidence beyond unprovable conspiracy theory schlock, they didn't bring a case.
Worth repeating. If the the Trump Justice Department found any evidence and had a case against Clinton, they would have brought it, and if it were corroborated with evidence, she'd have been tried. If found guilty she'd have been a convicted felon and could have been subjected to jail time.
