Thanks and thanks to the MOD who deleted the nonsense (Read: FUD) that craig just posted falsely suggesting that cydy will have to pay additional interest payments to Samsung. The company has made it VERY CLEAR that the $44M owed to Samsung will be paid back from 20% of future revenues WITHOUT INTEREST until the debt is repaid and only start when the first revenue streams start coming in.

Amazing job by Mitch. Both companies are content with this agreement and importantly, this allows cydy to focus its finances and resources in the clinic.
