If I'm not mistaken, the clinical hold lifts were announced on the conference calls with a filing containing a PR coming out shortly after those calls. This team may just have a different way of doing things. I don't think the conference calls are private communications to shareholders though, they are announced publicly as an "investment community webcast" and are available to anyone to join, not just shareholders. So I don't think there is any rule that they have to PR before announcing on a public call.
