Let's be accurate because it matters. the QMCH Texas foreign corporation registration was revoked. The QMCH Nevada corporation is still active. It's the NV corporation - not the TX corporation that's the issuer.

You're right about one thing, we need an update. My guess is we haven't gotten one because they'd have to disclose just how badly the longs have been diluted by raising money directly into QMCH.
