Non-shareholders have 1st amendment rights
Pumpers want no part of those looking out for shareholders. Nobody else around to keep the company honest. It’s obvious that has been the most important thing with this company.
It’s in shambles falling with pieces falling apart and nobody to show why except shareholders and non-shareholders having the same rights.
Pumpers are down to 2-3 for a good reason. Think about it. You’d http be getting paid to be covering for the company’s failures in every area of the business, no filings, side companies set up, zero revenue with all products and photoshopping social media photos.
