I am skeptical of this comment since I don't know of any brokers in USA that allow pre or post-market trading in pink sheet OTC stocks such as CYDY. Several exchanges in Germany trade in CYDY in Euros when their markets are open under tickers (generally 4-6 hours earlier than USA exchange trading) such as 296.SG (Stuttgart) but I did not see early trading over there but did not look at all exchanges.
