The latest podcast from "spark" has given an update as to when the DE is to go live. Joe has stated SEC is working closely and seamlessly with DE to get the registration approved. Said we could see update within 30-90 days but no later then EOY. He further went on to say he is very confident the approval will happen without any snags. He also is confident the MSGA will get approved and passed as well. I listened to the podcast at least a half dozen times for it to sink it. DE is in the home stretch for launch...I'm sure we'll be right there when that happens.
