Your analysis left out "PRODUCTS." This raises the question of what business does SNPW what to develop.
Do they want to focus on being a third party distributor for other's products"
Do they want to focus on entering the solar panel market with SNPW develoed, marketed and produced products.
I believe any analysis needs to start with defining what it is they want to do relative to products/market focus. The next step is determining competitive landscape to determine success to entry. For example, what is required for entry into the market(s) they choose. A sales force? Engineering for product development etc.
Bottom line, I think an analysis must begin what it is SNPW wants to focus on becoming. Then work down from there on the requirements to achieve success. Products, my opinion, should be the discussion.
My opinions.
