CCR5 blockade does not affect it directly. However CCR5 and Plexin-b1 and it's ligand Sema4d are both affected by activated inflammatory cytokines in a feedback loop. So blocking CCR5 should reduce Plexin-b1 expression and blocking Plexin-b1 should lower CCR5 expression. From what I can see CCR5 is more highly expressed so would be a better target.
