The diarrhea side effect only significantly occurred in the 700mg dosage. IMO. My theory is that once Receptor Occupancy occurs in a higher dose, is that the diarrhea side effect occurs because of foreign proteins floating around with no receptor with which to attach. Not too much to do with the molecule itself, MOA etc, but the fact that a floating foreign protein needs to be flushed out.
