Company won’t tell you why Delinquent filer.
They have not made the effort to explain why NO filings to its shareholders.
Not a peep! zero filed with SEC disclosures since September 30,2023 end of business.
After that the plan to start the new secret competitive side company went to work. Ot’s all documented.
