A several years old quote is hardly evidence - particularly when we have a presentation from a few months ago that suggests they are selling QMCH equity to investors.

Also - you continue to ignore the question why QMCH would need preferred stock if they weren't planning to sell it to investors.

You'd think by now folks would learn that the twisted, wishful-thinking-based, explanations for what's going on with this stock are never right and, in fact, the simplest, most straightforward, fact-based explanations have always been right.
