1st trial interim readout is not even until next year. Let alone 50/50 @ best there's 2 interim results by I'd guess March/April.

Noone is going to attempt a buyout before then.
Which if so, they won't use their cash on hand.

Look @ what the loan to assets ratio was.

LL MOA proof & patents validated = serious $$.
Also keep an eye out for more patent approvals.
