I think I'd feel more comfortable partnering with Merk rather than Bayer. I think Bayer’s last big win was aspirin. Their most recent acquisition was the purchase of Monsanto for $63 billion and have probably spent 15 billion in legal fees since ,and will probably cost them 100 billion or more,by the time litigation is settled. But… you never know. 100 years later they could have themselves Leronlimab the 21st century aspirin (for less than 63 billion)
