Financiers get as many shares as it takes to get made whole plus their fees no matter how low the PPS goes is my understanding. They mostly fund OTC companies and take every opportunity to sell into volume as they want thier money/profit back asap eliminating the risk of subsequnt adverse events. They are not "investors" as we define the word.
