We may get some funding from NIH, a trial in conjunction with big pharma or maybe just partnerships the likes of OSHU or Montefiore for studies. But the company needs to horde that money and use it to push trials forward. In the long run approvals are what will really push the stock price. Doing a buyback and then have to resell shares to pay expenses would be counterproductive.
