Post from reddit about Amarex
More Amarex Fallout
Peter Frantz, who was the Sr. Vice President of Business Operations, left Amarex this month. This is just another major departure from upper leadership at Amarex in the past few months. Could it be another sign of looming settlement ? https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter-frantz-3ba9754a/
As mentioned previously, David Lonza, President of Amarex Clinical Research and Global Vice President of the Health Sciences Division, decided to take a "mini-retirement" in March 2024. The stated reason is to welcome a new member to their expanding family; however, the timing is questionable. Perhaps he's taking time off until the dust settles?

Other than these, there have been many high-ranking senior executives leaving Amarex/NSF over the past few years since CYDY filed a lawsuit.
Although speculative, I believe this is another foreshadow that settlement talks are potentially going in favor of Cytodyn.
Here are the remaining few who haven't jumped the Amarex ship yet: https://www.amarexcro.com/about/leadership
