sean, Comments about $200M for development ignore the fact that that amount is absolutely trivial for a big pharma company - it is of no consequence whatsoever! On top of that there is a serious misunderstanding/ignorance of the fact that those costs are borne by THE CITIZENS OF THE DEAR OLD USA as they are a direct dollar-for-dollar write-off against profits!
For some reason folks refuse to acknowledge that they PAID FOR THE DRUGS ALREADY and instead they seem to feel our DEAR PHARMA, BLESS THEIR LITTLE HEARTS are somehow ENTITLED to screw us all over for their generosity in developing drugs that mostly kill their consumers!
