Violating securities laws aren't a thing with drugman when it comes to his hero that has done soooo much for shareholders over the past few years. IMO, It's clear drugman could give a crap about zero revenue, lost subsidiaries, 4000:1 R/S and NO filings and would rather make excuses (yeah excuses) by blaming so-called "bashers" on a message board for the company's lack of required disclosures (based on 8-K regulations) and not even filing NT's when the company knew it wasn't going to file it's most recent 10-Q due last week. That's a shitty ceo move and it sucks!! for shareholders!! and every person on any message board knows it!
