Reminding nonsense posters on iHub that $SFLM does have to file a Q1:
$SFLM is on the Alternate Reporting Standard and can therefore elect not to file a Quarterly Report until it wishes to but will remain OTC Pink Limited until it does.
In this event, the only reporting requirements are:
- Publish Annual Report (covering a period ending within past 16 months) - done - so OK through to April 30, 2025
- Verify company profile (within past 12 months) - done
