get your sh#t together Snpw, and file the 2023 10-K and 2024 Q1 10-Q, before you start telling shareholders (and SEC now) you will issue an 8-K "after you're ready" and before you file the LATE BY 34 days 10-K and 10-Q that never had a NT filed before blowing it off last week.
That's just a flat out insane, irresponsible, wreckless, disrespectful and non-transparent approach to one's fiduciary obligations as ceo of a public company.
