When i hold a shareholder's meeting i would not go there when my stock is at a PPS of .005 or below! Of course the PPS is important!!!!!!
Maybe not for Samblis BUT DEFINITELY for the shareholder's!!!
And i think that's the main reason for holding a shareholder's meeting or not???
