Wow, you mean they can’t call the shots only after they are ready. Shocking.
It’s actually pretty sad, so as to avoid trolls they will avoid/delay filings and transparency to shareholders. How in the world would they believe this will stop trolls / less information equates to more trolls in my back - they create their own narratives. Sounds more like an excuse for not updating shareholders during a key period - reverse split, delinquent filings, potential new company involvement etc. Any shareholder that would cite this as justification for updates loses immediate credibility to me.
