If JK1 were a true shareholder, and I doubt that he is, why would he be using legal scare tactics, cyberbullying complaints, claiming to know what you own, stating to call the company instead of hiding etc.

Seems a true shareholder would be focused on why the company is late on filings, shouting for an update from the company and not shouting at shareholders etc. So transparent.
