I am a firm believer a 10K and 10Q should have been filed and shareholders be kept up dated.

Why hasn’t the 10-k and 10-q been filed for q1 and your other concerns?
IMO the company has answered that with this tweet
Why don't you e-mail them and ask, it is an open invitation to all shareholders or real individuals.
I did, and was told basically what the publicly available above tweet states.
Basically they will get "current business issues " when they are ready and until then they prefer to operate without outside interference harassing their business dealings..
Shareholders and real potential investors are free to contact them.
