That study was not done at the behest of Cytodyn but by a third party. No money owed for the study itself and as a provider of the other drug involved the results should have been provided gratis. If the study had a leronlimab arm the likelihood is greater that Merck withheld the release of the study results. Besides the M.D. Anderson study was for TNBC not mCRC.
