They file a 4k reverse stock split.
They do not file a 10-k for 2023 on time and not as of this writing.
They do not file a 10-q for q1 2024, at least not as of this writing.
Shareholders are in the dark since the end of September on expenses, income, balance sheet etc.
They tweet that they will not update outside of an 8-k because of bashers - silly reason.
Someone found on the web where it shows the ceo as becoming the ceo of what appears to be a company in the same space.
