The daytrader/hedge fund playbook often has been: buy, run the price up, sell near the top and short again.
Until proven otherwise, I'm going to assume this is more of the same.
The share price is so ridiculously low that it really doesn't matter whether the buy is at .15 or .22. If we have really good news, it could be like NVAX with their good news. (More than doubled, immediately.) Then more as the news becomes a reality and there's more news.
