Thanks to Plotinus, Ohm; et. al. for your comments regarding the move of CRC to the top of Dr. Jay's list. We appreciate the serious thought and broad interest by the board. His reason for prioritization is found somewhere in those posts. To the laymen the increase of CRC in younger people jumps out.

As to Dr. Jay's second priority, "inflammation", I assume it's in relation to HIV. Does it also pertain to multiple applications in oncology and other conditions?
