Dakota is clearly not very smart and obviously doesnt know the "internet" is forever because the eejit keeps posting all the evidence needed to prove that either he's LYING about what he claimed to have done, or even worse, has placed himself in serious legal jeopardy.
His alleged SEC response letter basically stated they never discuss Ongoing or Potential investigations, so even if he told Moss that SNPW was Potentially under investigation, he still lied.
