horrendous lack of transparency while blindfolding shareholders with bullsh#t "conflict of interest" competitive side companies being set up, behind the wizard's curtain, with no timely disclosures. Actually, NO disclosures at all. NO FILINGS for over 6 months!
who can trust this guy, never mind get compensated to pump this stock with, literally, zero revenue, losing nearly 400K per quarter, 3.5 mil of debt and a P.O.Box as its corporate office address.
