One painful way to look at it is , every 10k shares they diluted is egual to a barrel of $100 oil. A lot of barrels of oil was dolled out in the past year. Granted some is required to grow a company but it takes a toll eventually and then one day you have no other option but to anti-dilute. I've never came out on top with an anti-dilution. We either get it right NOW or we are done.
