Please just file what SEC requires!!!

Shareholders deserve at least that fiduciary obligation from a ceo.

Shareholders have already had to deal with complete failures led by 1 employee for 7 years. If anyone would like to dispute the fact of complete failures please read the SEC filings. Make your own opinion to decide if they show anything but failures.

Now please request the company, at the least, fulfills its fiduciary obligations, to the SEC and shareholders, being a publicly traded company, by filing its annual and quarterly financials and disclosures.
