Just to update the board on May 2 Quantum Manfacturing Corp filed an application for reinstatement with the Texas Secretary of State after filing an outstanding franchise tax return for 2023. I am not an investment advisor but I routinely monitor company's like Quantum who have been delisted from the SEC pink sheet or other trading platforms. JMO the refiling could be part of a coming SEC refiling thus creating the recent board interest. Do your d/d but there are signs of life for future shareholders and investors and hopefully a coming pr?
