Only A-holes DON'T FILE & NOT EXPLAIN WHY TO SHAREHOLDERS
It takes an egotistical, narcissistic, greedy, selfish person of Napoleonic type power to NOT FILE AN ANNUAL 10-K and NOT EXPLAIN WHY TO HIS SHAREHOLDERS for over a month. These are rare individuals.
If you thought you knew what you owned, think again. And think about the person, you thought you knew, responsible for driving you off the cliff and finding your pockets empty.
To the few that defend this type of bullsh#t for years, look in the mirror and know where you can stick it!
